I value your purchase and want it to arrive quickly and safely. This method costs $1 more than my previous method but provides a sturdy box to protect your investment and includes tracking and $50 insurance. Items of lesser value will be snuggled safely inside a bubble mailer and shipped through the U.S. Postal Service first class. Time of shipment is 1-3 business days . -Shipping time is not guaranteed by the USPS but shipping time is expected to be 2-7 business days. Generally items I ship from Southern California to the East Coast take 2-3 days. - Please notify us if your item has not arrived, only after it has been over 7 days and before it has been 2 weeks. If 2 weeks have past and we have not been notified we will assume your order was received. -Notify us using the "Contact" seller link or email peacefuldusk @ gmail.com -Do Not leave a notification under "Feedback", this is for feedback on the item once received, not to notify us it has not arrived. Refund & Exchanges

I hope you like the item(s) you purchase, each item is carefully and thoughtfully crafted, handmade by me. I represent each piece as accurately as possible in the item description and photographs (see "Additional Information" below). If you have a question, comment, concern etc about your purchase please reach out to me before leaving me feedback on the item, I love to make contact with my customers. You can contact me through the "Contact" link or email me at peacefuldusk @ gmail.com. Please contact me within 5 days of receiving the product. Shipping is nonrefundable. Buyers are also responsible for return shipping. For shipping I suggest First Class or Priority, with Certified Mail (which includes proof of shipment plus proof of delivery), this is how I ship them to you. For hygienic reasons earrings cannot be returned.

Please keep in mind that all of my items are handmade and many of my materials natural. For example not all natural stones will look perfectly alike, they are sisters but not twins and all my wire work is done by hand. Please carefully read the description for each item. I carefully provide descriptions and pictures that are an accurate representation of each item, this includes materials used, item dimensions and colors. Be aware that computer monitors vary in how they represent colors, thus while the colors appear accurate on my monitor they may appear different to you according to your monitor's settings. In addition my photos are taken under bright daylight conditions and many natural stones may appear darker inside your home than outside due to their translucency.
