Welcome
Ordering

To place an order directly, email us at info@artifactsandfossils.com. List each item you're interested in by description and/or SKU number(if available)and provide your shipping address. We will calculate the billing total and send you a quote. If satisfied, we will send you an invoice. Once payment is received, the order will be fulfilled. Shipping insurance is extra. There is an additional tax of 7.5% on all items shipped to California locations.

International orders

We only accept PayPal or payment through a PayPal account for all international orders. Shipping and insurance are extra. All international orders are sent priority mail. There is a 5% additional fee for currency conversion (if needed). All prices are in U.S. dollars

Payment
PayPal/Credit Cards

We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account we can email you an invoice through PayPal and you can pay directly through that with your credit card. The payment will show on your credit card statement as PAYPAL*ARTIFACTSFO.

Shipping
Your items will be shipped once payment has cleared. We ship a minimum of twice a week.

Refund & Exchanges
Our customers' satisfaction is paramount. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for a full refund, store credit, or exchange for an item of equal value. The items must be returned within 7 days of being received.

For full credit items must be returned undamaged and returned in the original box with the original packing at the customer's expense. If an item is returned for a store credit or exchange, shipping charges for new item(s) will apply. When the package is delivered, please inspect the box immediately and check for damage to the items. If there is shipping damage, be sure to file a report with your local post office. In the event the item arrives damaged or you are not completely satisfied we will do everything we can to resolve the issue. Our customers' satisfaction is paramount!
