I also love to do custom items so if you would like something in a different color, quantity, or length please contact me. In addition, if you see a style you like but want to change the design let me know I would be glad to work with you.

Payment

Please complete payment within two days. All unpaid items will be re listed after two days. Please contact me if you need extra time before the two days are up.

Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card through PayPal. PayPal lets you provide a credit card payment to us through their site without setting up an entire membership account linked to your bank. It’s a great way to make a quick payment with your credit card! Your credit card information stays personal and is never revealed to us.

When sending your payment please make sure your shipping address and PayPal address match up. If you need item sent to a different location, please inform me immediately.

Shipping

All orders will be mailed the next business day as payment clears to the confirmed address provided by your PayPal account via USPS First Class (3 to 5 business days in the US) with Delivery Confirmation in US only. Orders of $150 or more will require a signature for delivery.

Any item that needs to be customized can take approximately 7 days to ship. At time of shipment I or PayPal will send a notice to you to let you know it was shipped.

If you'd prefer other Shipping method, please convo me first and I can adjust the listing to reflect the shipping price.

All items will be carefully wrapped with lots of love and protection.
DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS THROUGH SHIPMENT ARE NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY. ONCE PACKAGE IS SHIPPED OUT I AM NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE.
I HIGHLY recommend you purchase insurance on shipment for domestic and international!!
Please contact me before payment and I will send you a revised invoice with insurance cost.

Refund & Exchanges

I want to make your purchase a great experience. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your jewelry please contact me right away so that I can attempt to address the situation before leaving neutral or negative feedback.

If any items need repair, please contact me within 7 days after received.

If you want a return and your item has not been customize, I will offer full refund( minus shipping cost) and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis, as long as I receive notification of your wish to return and the Items that are returned must be post marked within 7 days of the original shipping date and must be in the same condition as when they left my studio.
*** Earrings are not returnable for hygiene reasons.

Caring for your Sterling Silver:

Properly caring for your silver collection is a sure way to keep sterling looking its shining best.
As with any fine jewelry or gift item, each piece of sterling silver should be stored individually, either in its own soft pouch or in a separate compartment in a jewelry or storage box. If you toss your jewelry into a dresser drawer and allow pieces to rub against each other, scratches will result.
Keep your silver in a cool, dry place. Sterling silver, like other precious metals, can oxidize with time. It is a good idea to store silver in a tarnish-proof cloth or in drawers lined with tarnish-resistant strips. If sterling does become tarnished, it is easily restored to its original gleam by using a paste, liquid polish, or a treated polishing cloth intended for use on silver. Or you may simply wash the jewelry or silver object with warm water, rubbing in a little soap or toothpaste, rinsing and then patting dry with a fine soft cloth. Avoid using tissue paper or paper towels as they can scratch silver. Your professional jeweler should be able to provide you with silver-cleaning materials as well as directions for their proper use.
The best way to prevent tarnish is to actually wear your sterling jewelry or use your silver items often. However, don't wear sterling silver in chlorinated water or when working with household cleaners such as bleach or ammonia. Treat your silver well and it will actually develop a lush patina and will reward you with a lustrous look.
