USPS priority or Parcel post including Insurance, The price for Insurance is included in the shipping cost
***LARGE MOSAIC ART:
Priority mail or UPS, with delivery confirmation and insurance. On very large Mosaic Art UPS will do the professional packaging and the cost for it will be reflected in the shipping charges.
I do recycle CLEAN materials such as padding, peanuts, envelopes, and boxes.
*** I will combine shipping to save you money whenever it is possible. There will be situations were it cannot be done to protect the actual mosaic art item. In regards to shipping cost, most of my shipping cost include the charge for professional packaging by UPS as I like for you to receive an undamaged item. Otherwise you will pay just actual shipping plus Insurance cost I do not inflate those costs. The estimates I have provided are just that - estimates. Please email me your zip code and I will be happy to quote exact shipping cost.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: Import duties, taxes, & charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. Also, items will not be marked as a "gift" and will be marked with the actual purchase price -- U.S. and international government regulations prohibit otherwise.
Refund & Exchanges
I am producing one of a kind handmade, custom made items. All of Myeuropeantouch products are custom made, handmade articles made for future sale. They do not qualify for a refund from PayPal. However, Myeuropeantouch wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. You must contact us within 2 days of received date to request a Refund. Item must be returned in it's original condition (it cannot have been washed, altered, broken or used) pictures must be provided if the item is defect or broken in transit for the Insurance Company. It must be returned in the Original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping and insurance.
A refund will be issued back to the PayPal account if the item is received in its Original condition. If the item smells of cigarette/cigar smoke or of animal odors a 25% cleaning fee will be deducted from the refund. Shipping & insurance fees are not refunded.
We ship all items insured, should any damage occur thru transport by the USPS or UPS, we will file a claim for you and issue a refund. Pictures of the damage are required by the Shipping companies.

YES, I am for hire.
*** ARE YOUR PRICES NEGOTIABLE?
No, they aren't - I do not barter. I have gone to great lengths to create a fair market value for my products using a formula based spreadsheet which incorporates the Materials used, Labor, Overhead and a Profit margin. To start bartering would imply that my creative product is not worth what I've put into it. Occasionally I'll discount an item because of some little flaws, which will be clearly marked and stated, but that is very rare.
On custom orders it is required of the buyer to pay a NONE-refundable 50% of the purchase price up front. The deposit is forfeited if handmade/custom orders are not picked up and paid, or not paid via PayPal upon COMPLETION.
A final Invoice is submitted via Paypal upon completion of all custom orders, including applicable shipping charges, at which time payment in full is due from the customer
Please communicate regularly, no communications from the buyer for 4 weeks will be taken as cancellation of the custom order.
