Failure to pay for any product or service purchased or obtained on this website, for any reason, may result in legal action against you. Refund & Exchanges |
| If your order has been damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately to let us know what happened, and we will arrange for you to return the damaged item(s) to us for replacement. The item(s) must be in un-used condition to be eligible for return, only shipping damage. Custom and seasonal items are not eligible for returns. In the case of Wicked Bubbles, soap and bath products, the shrink-wrap must be not be tampered to be returned. Please contact us for return authorization before you pack the item for shipment. We do not accept the return of products due to the customer's dislike of the scent or color (Wicked Bubbles soap/bath products). We want you to be satisfied with your purchases and will do our best to meet your satisfaction. |
