Welcome to Mini Hats By Jen! Here you will find handmade mini hats and fascinators that are trendy, unique and make great gifts. I create new custom hats everyday for customers via my website RememberThatHat.com that fit can fit just about any theme you can think of. From weddings to hats that represent businesses and their logos, I strive to create a style that is not only fun but elegant. Payment

Here I accept all major credit cards through PayPal. Once your payment is received your order will be mailed to you Mon-Friday. Orders must be placed by 12pm central standard time to be processed and mailed same day. *I am responsible for taking my mother to get her chemo treatments on Wednesdays and some appointments can take literally hours. Due to this fact some Wednesday orders will ship next day on Thursday. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping

All orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service. All orders that ship within the U.S. receive a tracking number. Insurance can be added for a small additional fee upon request. S&H Rates: ALL are estimated arrival times based on previous customer experiences and may take longer depending on customs. Orders of 11+ hats ship free. U.S. 1 Hat $4.50 (2-5 days) Add $1.00 per hat up to 10 hats. --------------- Canada 1 Hat $4.75 (5-14 days) Add $1.00 per hat up to 10 hats -------------- Great Britain OR Australia 1 Hat $7.00 (7-25 days) Add $1.00 per hat up to 10 hats Expedited shipping is available upon request.

Refund & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is very important to me. So that I may address any concerns you may have with your order in a prompt manner: Upon receiving your order please take time to inspect it. Some orders will have very delicate décor and need to be handled with care. If you find something unsatisfactory with your order please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. All unworn merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 7 days. All custom orders that contain Requested lettering or logo will not be accepted unless a major defect is present or damaged in shipping. A replacement will be mailed free of charge upon receipt of damaged item(s). Merchandise will not be excepted for return or exchange unless post marked on or before the 14th day of having received your order.
