Payment

Please convo me if I can answer any questions. Payment is expected at time of your order. I typically will ship your order 2-3 business days after payment is cleared.

Shipping

I normally ship via Fedex Ground or Priority Mail within the USA and Priority Mail for International shipments. If you're international (other than Canada) please inquire for a shipping quote if you're not included under "everywhere else". Please be advised; international shipping of large canvases is often quite cost prohibitive, especially to Australia, so please contact me if you'd like a quote. All original pieces are signed on the back, sides are painted, canvases are varnished, packages have hanging hardware enclosed, are securely packed, and are shipped fully insured. Everything I do is with the utmost concern for quality, safety and care for your investment in my work..

Refund & Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is always my #1 priority. I'm a stickler for quality, and I take great pride in every aspect of my fine art business. People are always pleased with the pieces they receive from me, and many say they're nicer in person. However, In the unlikely event of a return, please let me know within 3 days of receiving it. I do require the item be shipped back to me fully insured, and must arrive in resalable condition as it was sent to you with full insurance should there be any damage. I will immediately return your purchase price minus shipping upon receipt. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All my paintings arrive fully finished with sides painted, a signature on the back side, and nicely varnished. Pieces arrive fresh, new, beautiful, and ready to hang. Wiring takes but a moment. Simply thumb-screw the eyelets into the back side of your canvas about 1/3 of the way down from the top, loop the wire ends through the eyelets, adjust the wire length so it's "taught" just below the stretcher bar, then twist the wire around itself until secure. Hang your canvas right up, and adjust wire length if desired.. I do not perform this small part of the operation for you, as this minimizes any chance of damage during shipment.
