Payment
*** PLEASE NOTE: All buyers who have Texas mailing addresses will be charged 8.25% sales tax through PayPal.



***We accept PayPal for payments. We like PayPal since it offers protection to both buyer and seller. Please submit your PayPal payment within two days of purchase. Please ensure payment via PayPal is completed upon checkout.



***PayPal may be used without a PayPal account. Just choose the option 'PayPal' and then find the option 'pay by credit card'.



***If you are having trouble paying, please send us a message to work out payment arrangements.

Shipping
*** All items will come shipped to you in a 100% recycled/post-consumer fibre gift box inside of a padded mailing envelope.

*** We ship to the address given to us through PayPal so please ensure that it is correct. If you would like your items sent to a different address or as a gift, please leave a us a note upon checkout.

*** DOMESTIC items are shipped using USPS first class mail within 48 hours of receiving payment.

*** INTERNATIONAL shipments are shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment using USPS Priority International. We understand that this shipping method is expensive, but the arrival time is 6-10 DAYS instead of WEEKS, and it comes with tracking information so that your item's journey to you can be followed and delivery time can be monitored. ***PLEASE NOTE: International customers are responsible for any import taxes charged or customs duties due to their country.

*** INSURANCE isn't required but IS recommended. Some items we craft are one-of-a-kind, and if they are lost or damaged in transit, they are irreplaceable...this is why we suggest insurance. If you would like to purchase insurance, please message us or leave a note upon checkout. We will invoice you for the actual cost of insurance provided by USPS.

*** You will receive a "thank you" reply via PayPal email after you send payment. This is to acknowledge your purchase and to let you know when your treasures will ship.

Refund & Exchanges
*** We cheerfully accept returns. If you aren't thrilled with your purchase or if it wasn't quite what you were expecting, we will accept returns within 7 days. We will refund your purchase price, HOWEVER you are responsible for the shipping fees to return the item back to us INCLUDING insurance ($1.75 for up to $50 insured). We will accept an item be returned for a refund of the original purchase price, LESS shipping (those funds were used to ship the item to you and are no longer available for return).

*** Refunds will be made through PayPal as soon as we receive the returned item. Please contact us within 48 hours upon receipt of your parcel if you need to make a return. Do not return items prior to contacting us first. Please return items in their original condition. We want you to love your new jewellery!

Additional Policies and FAQs
*** We try to accurately represent our creations, but colors may appear differently on different monitors. We also attempt to show our pieces in various lighting conditions, so this may cause colour variances from photo to photo. Also please note that images are often larger than the actual pieces, however measurements will be provided in the item description. Please keep this in mind when buying our jewellery. If you have any questions or are unsure about any details of an item, please ask!

*** If you REALLY want an item but can't pay immediately, items may be held on "reserve" for 5 days. If the item is not purchased or we have not heard from you within that time, the reserve will be lifted. Please convo us to make a reserve request. Please be certain that you intend to purchase before you request a reserve.

*** If you have any issues with your order, please contact us prior to leaving feedback. We take pride in our work and our customer service. We want you to leave our shop happy!
