Payment

I accept PayPal in US Dollars. We now accept all major credit cards. Your payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.

SHIP WITHIN U.S.:

All orders will be shipped USPS First Class Mail with a Tracking Label Number so you may check the status of your order. Packages generally arrive anywhere in the U.S. 2 to 5 business days from the date of shipment. Please allow 7 to 10 days from date of purchase for delivery. If you need something faster, please just let me know and I will send you a quotation, as I’m very accommodating.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPPING: Please read very carefully.

All orders will be shipped US First Class International Mail. Delivery time and shipping costs varies depending on location and customs procedure. Please send me a request for shipping charges for your country. Shipping costs listed under Everywhere Else are for estimate purposes only! Please allow 4-6 weeks or more from date of purchase for delivery depending on your destination. Your package is not considered lost or "undelivered" until at least 8 weeks has passed. Please factor additional shipping time into your timeline as some packages are held up in customs, which adds to the wait time. Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred that are levied at the time of delivery. It is your country's fee/tax on products you purchase outside of your own country. Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from the U.S. Please check with your Customs office and/or Postal Service. THIS IS ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT FOR UK BUYERS! The Royal Mail has been much more vigilant in collecting VAT on purchases made through the mail. I am happy to upgrade you to Federal Express shipping, which includes tracking, and insurance and takes about a week or less to arrive.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no tracking ability with US First Class International. If you would like to upgrade to a trackable shipping option please just let me know, I will send you a quotation, as I’m very accommodating.

I ship everything in a carefully packaged envelope or box depending on the size of the item.

At the time of payment, Love2Style4UFashion (formerly Love2Knit4U) will ship items to the address given by the customer as the "shipping address". Love2Style4UFashion (formerly Love2Knit4U) is not responsible for items shipped to the "wrong address" if that address was provided by the customer at the time of payment.

Refund & Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is my #1 priority. I'm confident you will love the quality of your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your items I would like to hear from you. I want to make sure you are completely satisfied. If something is incorrect with the order, let me know as soon as possible and I will fix it. Please notify me within 7 days of receipt of your item. I use delivery confirmation to determine the date you received the item.

DAMAGED/BROKEN: Every item is handled and packaged with special care so that you can be assured it will arrive safe and sound. If it arrives broken or damaged I may be able to fix it and would be happy to try. Please contact me within the 7 day time frame prior to shipping back items as they will only be accepted if packaged properly to arrive in the condition in which they were sent to you. I reserve the right to cancel the sale and refund if it cannot be fixed to my satisfaction.

Any return must be made within 7 days of delivered shipment (everything is shipped with delivery confirmation which gives me the exact date a package was delivered). I will not take returns after this time. Items must be returned within 5 days of return request and must arrive in the same condition in which they were received or they will not be accepted. I will refund the cost of the item minus shipping charges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. I recommend shipping via USPS Priority Mail or UPS to ensure safe delivery. You must get a delivery confirmation number (USPS) so that you or I can track your package. If the item has been worn, washed, soiled, spotted, or altered, it is not returnable. The item will be inspected upon return.

On your packing slip, please include the reason for return, prepay shipping costs, and insure the package for the value of the item being returned. If the item should be lost or damaged without being insured, no credit will be issued.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment less shipping costs. You will receive an email notice that your credit has been issued. Packages sent C.O.D. will not be accepted.

There are no restocking fees on exchanges; however the customer is responsible for the difference in cost (if any) and shipping both ways.
