Welcome

There is a wide variation in the size of my ceramic pieces, please check the size listed to be sure this is what you want. Every effort is made by me to produce a quality product & I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the item or it is not what you expected, please email me and we can work something out.

Payment

Paypal. Paypal accepts all major credit cards, you do not need a paypal account to pay thru Paypal, just click the payment button and you have the option to pay with a credit card without signing up for paypal, or a paypal account.

Please confirm your address in Paypal, items are shipped to a confirmed paypal address.

Sales tax is included in the listed price.

Shipping

I ship most items USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Since Priority Mail is determined by zone if the amount you paid is in excess of the actual cost, you will be reimbursed for the excess paid.

Refund & Exchanges

All return requests should be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be given after I receive the returned package in good condition. Shipping fees are not refundable, you will be responsible for shipping costs on returned items.

Exchanges will be at the discretion of the shop owner.
