Thank you for visiting my shop! I make customized and ooak accessories for every season and occasion. Each accessory is hand crafted with the highest quality that will stand the test of time.

Payment

I accept PayPal though you may pay via credit card using PayPal. Payments should be made within 48 hours of ready to wear items and 24 hours for custom work in order for me to start working on it and get it shipped out that much faster for you. If you have any questions or concerns about completing this, please feel free to contact me.

Shipping

All ready to wear items will be shipped within 24 hours of completed payment. If order/payment is received after 3pm Saturday, items will be shipped on the next business day. Please allow 3-4 days for custom orders to be completed and shipped. I would be more than happy to gift wrap as well as enclose a special message. Please convo me or include this in your order details.

Refund & Exchanges

If you're completely unhappy with your purchase please contact me immediately so we may discuss a solution. Returns may be made within 5 business days of receipt of item after the written request is either messaged or emailed to me explaining the problem. I will always try to work out a solution with you - whether it be a different item or a refund of purchase. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs unless return is due to error (incorrect or defective item). Custom orders may not be returned/refunded. I apologize for any inconvenience.
