WELCOME to the KapKa Design Jewelry Studio, where you will find unique handmade jewelry of the highest quality. All GEMSTONES used by KapKa Design are NATURAL, unless specifically noted in the jewelry description. Every piece is a unique individual ART concept made into reality. I welcome CUSTOM orders. Payment

We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express and debit cards, through PayPal. We accept all foreign currencies, through PayPal. PayPal is the safest and the fastest way to make an online payment.

Shipping

Your purchase will be beautifully gift wrapped and placed in a bubble envelope and sent 24-48 hours from receipt of payment (usually the same day). I ship using Canada Post. The basic international mail does not include tracking. If you require the package sent via Registered Mail, Insured or Tracked, a separate charge will be incurred by the Buyer and I will send an invoice through PayPal. I am not responsible for any undelivered international shipments if Tracking is not purchased. Please contact me for all international purchases outside Canada or US. FREE SHIPPING for each additional item you buy from KapKaDesign. I will combine all purchases within a 7 day period to the same address at no additional charge. You are only charged the fee for one item with the highest shipping fee.

Refund & Exchanges

I take great pride in my work. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact me within 7 days of the receipt of your purchase and you can receive a store credit upon the return of undamaged goods minus shipping fees. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned in original packaging and in original condition and shipped with Delivery Confirmation. Custom orders are not refundable or returnable. Sales on all earrings are final.

Additional Policies and FAQs

***LAYAWAY*** Now offering layaway plans. $5.00 fee (non-refundable) 20% down (non-refundable) 8 weeks to pay off. Your Item ships after the last payment clears. HOW IT WORKS: Choose what you would like to get on layaway, and convo me. I will set up 5 reserve listings for you. The first will be the down payment plus the $5.00 fee (non-refundable) . The other 4 will be your payments that need to be made every 2 weeks (refundable). After the final payment clears, I will ship your item. The $5.00 fee is to cover additional fees. The fee and down payment are non-refundable, since the item is held for you, and not able to be promoted for sale. Please make your payments every 2 weeks. If there is a problem please convo me. If you are over 7 days late on a payment, and have not made prior arrangements with me, the item will be placed back for sale. All payments, less the $5.00 fee and the 20% down will be refunded to you. If you need different arrangements other than the every 2 week payments, please convo me and I will be happy to try and accommodate you. ***CUSTOM ORDERS*** I love what I do and create for your pleasure.
