Payment |
| I accept pay-pal, visa, master card, discover. No checks please. Cash only if you live in my area and can pay me directly. |
Shipping |
| I use USPS only with tracking #. Unless you request it I do not provide insurance, if you do, than the shipping charge will be extra and ask me before you check out. Also in some cases for custom orders, a deposit may be required to help cover the cost of supplies and also If I order and you change your mind....it's only fair! |
Refund & Exchanges |
| There will be no refunds on Custom Orders unless there was a mistake on my part, and only then I will fix it.
On all others, unless there was a mistake on my part, there will be a refund up to 14 days of receipt of item/s. But first, we can try to work something out. Please remember on custom orders to be exact on sizes, colors, etc. |
