For those that are not so code or advanced graphics editing savvy, we are here to help you.

Payment

We do take other paper forms of currencies besides Paypal. If you don't have a Paypal account but want to pay with a Credit card, you can still do so. Message us and we can invoice you via paypal email Merchant services. If you pay with paper means, the transaction must be fully processed before the project can begin. We reserve the right to extend or amend timed custom orders due to the nature of different types of website platforms. Example: Flash works everywhere but javascript widgets can conflict with other web components and must be calibrated and formated properly to work right. This differs from site to site due to the tailored nature of the internet. Please note that each browser will and can see widgets and images differently due to the code each browser uses. If you are not up to date with your browser, your purchase may not display properly. We do not do refunds on self hosted widgets and images. Our images are copywrited and you may not under any circumstances, resell our images. You may however, use all materials for retail and commercial advertising.

Shipping

We deliver via zip files and pdf through email. If you need help with application or troubleshooting, just shoot us an email.

Refund & Exchanges

We do not do refunds unless there is no possible way your widget can be added to your site. An example of this is the free Wordpress blogs that do not allow javascript. Self hosted, however, do allow a certain format of javascript. The same can be accomplished via iframe most of the time. If you have changed your business and need an update on your images or widgets, you may request an update for a small fee past 7 days of original delivery of your purchase.
