Payment

I prefer payment via PayPal. I also accept RME, Google Checkout and Amazon Payments Don't have PayPal . . Not wanting to sign up for PayPal account to purchase here? No worries! . . . you are always welcome to call (toll free 1-800-276-7754) with any major credit card (Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover, Debit Cards) I will accept checks and money orders by PRIOR arangement only. Your order will be held until checks clear my bank. I also accept cash, trades and will consider livestock* and real estate. (*offer excludes pregnant cats . . my neighbor has that covered) Please check your purchase orders carefully, as the Etsy system drops a payment once in a blue moon. You will be emailed from gracegraphics@gmail.com with a reminder or a PayPal invoice should this happen. Your entire order will be held for 48 hours before we cancel the non-payment.

Shipping

I will ship anywhere on Earth . . . you just have to be willing to fork it over for the actual shipping fees (I don't set the postal rates peeps!) I do NOT cross reference addresses between etsy and paypal. Please make sure your paypal address is up to date as this is the address I ship by (unless you contact me when purchase is made) I ship most items via USPS priorty with a tracking number. Insurance is an extra fee and highly encouraged. Single cards and small orders may ship first class to save you postal fees but may not be trackable if they go missing. International orders will be sent by the least expensive and fastest method I can find for you. The ACTUAL PRICE YOU PAID will be listed on your customs forms. Please check with your local post for extra fees you may incur should you order from the US. I am NOT RESPONSIBLE for the fees your postal service and customs may charge you when you receive your package. Please do not ask me to list a lesser price on the form or to mark as a commercial sample or a gift when it is not. It is a federal offense here and I hear jail food is terrible so help me NOT to go there! If you wish to expedite your purchase(s), please inform me at time of order when you need them. I will do my best to get your items to you in time. A shipping upgrade may be necessary to ensure your order arrives on time.

Refund & Exchanges

I will refund your purchase if you receive it and are not happy with the quality. I am confident that you will not feel that way when you see and feel these cards. You will be responsible for the shipping back to me. If you return an order, you must contact me first, provide a valid reason why you are returning the order, pay for the shipping back to me, ship the items back in the same condition and same shipping method as you received them, insure the package and provide a tracking number. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED PRIOR TO THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCT . . NO WAY . . NO HOW! I am not responsible for packages lost, stolen or planted by the postman before they arrive. Please consider the extra fee for insurance and tracking if you are concerned about your package arriving. I take every measure to make sure your items are received by you . . in the event they do not arrive . . please convo me and we will discuss it. There are NO REFUNDS on items that have been customized for you.

Yes, it does! I use premium quality fresh wildflower seeds and run quality control checks on all batches of paper. Please convo me if you wish to see photos of paper as it grows. WHAT SEEDS DO YOU USE? My paper is embedded with a premium North American Wildflower mix. This mix is carefully chosen and broad based so "something" will bloom in every climate zone. All will germinate, but due to differing climate zones in the US and world, only certain species will come to maturity (and plenty do in every zone). Your paper can include any of the following annual and periennial varities: Baby Blue Eyes, Catchfly, Annual Gaillardia, Chinese Houses, Evening Primrose, Corn Poppy, Columbine, Five Spot, Candytuft, Siberian Wallflowers, Rocket Larkspur, Sweet Williams, Zinnia, Forget-me-not, Lemon Mint, Spurred Snapdragon, Plains Coreopsis, Clarkia Seed mixes change from time to time due to the availability of quality seed stock on my suppliers end . . . but rest assured, you and yours will be growing away in no time at all!
