Welcome to my Etsy store, GlassByKat. All items are handmade by me at my studio in the beautiful Texas Hill Country.

Payment

Payment may be made through Paypal. Item(s) will be shipped upon receipt of full payment.

Shipping

Items shipped within the continental United States will include insurance if the item is over $50. Please email for overseas shipping rates prior to purchase. Items will be shipped within two days of purchase by USPS, unless stated otherwise in the item description.

The combined shipping option is for items that will be packaged together and will be going to the same address. If you are buying two items and having them shipped to two addresses you will need to pay full shipping on each item.

International customers are responsible for any duties imposed by their countries. Shipping time may take longer for overseas purchases due to Customs and unforeseen circumstances.

Depending on where you live, the shipping charges may be less than my estimate. I will cheerfully refund any significant overpayment of shipping.

Refund & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is my goal! All items over $50 are sent with insurance. If your item arrives broken, please take a picture and notify me as soon as possible so that it can be replaced.

If you are not pleased for any other reason, you may return the item for a refund within three days. Returned item must be well packed in the original packaging, and full refund will be issued once the item is received in unbroken condition. Shipping charges are not refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note that glass is a fragile medium. If you break your item, I may be able to repair it depending on the severity of the damage. However, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, in addition to the cost of the repair.
