Payment

We accept paypal as our form of payment as of now. You can use your credit card through paypal without having to have a paypal account as well. We do take credit card orders over the phone but there is a 3% charge to do so.

Refund & Exchanges

All items have a 14 day refund policy. Item must be new and in the same condition as received. If there is ever a problem with your order (Like dropping your jewelry piece or bead on a hard floor and it breaks) send the item back and we will repair it. You are required to pay for shipping to and back from us. If it's a bead, we will try and replace it with one that looks close to the original. Since each bead is handmade one by one, no two beads are ever alike.

We do not do custom orders at this time. Holiday's are around the corner and we have been too busy getting ready for the holiday shows that we normally do and just general busyness of the season.
