Payment

All transactions are done through PayPal. Payment is expected at the time of purchase and must be made in full before the item is shipped. Payment within seven days is appreciated. If you will not be able to make the payment within this time, please contact me and different arrangements can be made.

Shipping

If you order more than one item, they will be shipped together. I ship within the U.S. and Canada at this time, but I am willing to ship internationally. The shipping costs include postage and packaging materials, and vary depending on what country the item is going to. Your order will be shipped after I receive confirmation of your payment. I will send you an e-mail to let you know the item has been shipped. I also request a return e-mail confirming receipt so that I know that the item was received. Items that are not custom made, such as poster prints, will not have shipping insurance. Items that are custom orders or are original artwork will have shipping insurance added.

Custom orders are always welcome! I am very thorough with making sure the design is exactly what you want before I begin creating it. I will send you photos during the process to ensure it is what you requested.
