Payment

Shipping

I ship via USPS First Class Mail. Items will be shipped within 3-5 days of your purchase. If this is something you need faster please let me know so we can upgrade your shipping. Each purchase will come with a tracking number so you can track your purchase. Please let me know if something happens and you do not receive your package. International customers may not get a tracking number with their purchase. I will provide a customs number though.

Refund & Exchanges

Due to the customizing of my products I cannot give refunds on anything I customize. I can return hair accessories if they are unused. Any returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and you are responsible for the return shipping. Please make sure you are ordering the right size before purchase. If you have a question about sizing please let me know.
