Thank you for taking the time to view my products. Each item in my shop is designed and handmade by me in my smoke free home. Please note that because these items are handmade, no two items will be identical. Therefore it is important to note that there may be some slight variances in the final product on made to order items from the item shown in the pictures.

Payment

I accept credit card or debit card payments through Paypal. For custom orders, I require a payment of at least 50% prior to beginning the process of making your item with the balance due upon approval of finished item. Once final payment of custom order is received, the item will be sent to you at the paypal address listed. Contact me if you have any questions! ** Please note that Indiana residents will be charged the state's required 7 % sales tax.**

Shipping

Purchases for made to order items will be shipped within 2 - 3 weeks of payment confirmation and ready to ship items are shipped between 2 -3 business days after I receive payment confirmation. I ship my items through the US Postal Service and utilize their flat rate option for shipping confirmation. I have listed an approximate cost for shipping on each item based on the item size and weight. If you desire a different option for shipping, please message me. Also, please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred on international purchases.

Refund & Exchanges

Sales are final on all custom made-to-order requests. All other items may be returned for a store credit only refund of the item price minus shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable. The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt in new unused condition. International customers - please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order for further instructions. Sales are final on all PDF pattern files.
