Hello and welcome to CC Marie. I am a self-taught designer and love to learn new techniques all the time. I use to have a custom dress shop, designing wedding gowns and stage show costumes, where I use to do a lot of hand sewn beading. When I moved to Michigan, I found there was no need for the type of work I did, so I decided to try making jewelry. With the greatest support from my husband, designing and making beaded jewelry is now my full time job. I love it and love the fact that I can take a pile of beads and turn them into something awesome. I hope you agree.

Payment |
PAY PAL ORDERS: Orders are generally shipped 24 hours after they are received, except custom orders, which are stated in the product description. If payment is not received within 24 hours, I will then re-list the item and cancel your order.
MONEY ORDERS & PERSONAL CHECKS: Please advise me via email that you have sent a MO or check. Once received and cleared, your order will be processed and shipped. Should your check not arrive in 7 days, I will re-list the item and cancel your order. |

SHIPPING METHODS: I have had great luck using USPS Priority Mail, as I have found it to be faster and in most cases, cheaper. If you would prefer another method, please email me to discuss.

Refund & Exchanges |
REFUNDS: My goal is to have all my customers very happy when you receive your piece. I have sold my jewelry in many shows over the past couple of years, and knock on wood, I have not had one piece come back for any reason. With that in mind, I am a jewelry designer, and not a photographer. I know there are times when your monitor or my picture taking may not show off the best of my pieces and they may look different when you receive them. Believe me, I understand, and that is why I have no problem if you are not completely satisfied with your order once you receive it. Send me an email letting me know your dissatisfaction, either I can fix it or I will refund the full purchase price, minus shipping. You have 10 days from the day of your order for a full refund.
REPAIRS OR CHANGES: I can't stand it when I order something and it comes in broken or wasn't exactly what I wanted, then the company gives me a hard time. Don't worry, I won't do that to you. If for any reason within 10 days of receiving your order, you are not happy, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will correct the problem. |
