Welcome to Chuck E Byrd Wall Art on Handmade Artists. We are the husband and wife team of Jeanette and Chuck. We together have been creating wall decal design for over 12 years here in our Brick and mortar shop. We closed the shop to walk in customers back in 2010 to focus on our growing internet sales. We have expanded a few times and just added a vinyl printing machine so we now offer more than just cut vinyl in our designs. I have been installing signs for over 30 years so I know my way around the installation side very well. This means I design for easy installation which make installing our wall decals easy. Just read the instruction sheet, watch our installation video and if you need help just give us a call with the number included in the instruction sheet and we can help. When you call it will be one of us that answers the phone, because we are the only ones that work here. Look around and if you have any questions, just give us a message of email us. Even if you did not buy from us, if you are in a bind with your install, call us we can help.

Payment

Please remit payment at time of ordering. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through PayPal.

Shipping

We ship through the USPS (First-Class Mail® Package). We can ship USPS Priority Mail® for an extra up charge (price based on destination) We also ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Remember we are a husband and wife team so we do it all. We schedule shipping days so we have time to do custom designs and work on new stock designs for our shop. But if you need something quick, we can make and ship your order out on any day the post office is open, just let us know. Once an item has been shipped it will have a tracking number. There is no reason for you (our customer) to purchase shipping insurance. Shipping insurance is for the seller protection because as with all Internet sales it is the seller responsibility to make sure you get the package. This is why each order has a tracking number so it show when and if a package has been delivered.

Refund & Exchanges

We strive to have happy customers, so, if our customers are not completely satisfied with their purchase, they may return the “unused” Decal within 30 days for a refund minus shipping charges. Note: Unless otherwise specified, our wall decals (as all vinyl decals) are removable, but “not” reusable. Once applied, they cannot be removed and then reapplied. Now folks, we try to be reasonable. We ask that you be reasonable as well. Since we have absolutely no control over the installation process of any of the graphics we sell, we will not be held responsible for graphics that have been applied incorrectly. We assume the buyer will follow the instructions that will be included with each order. You will receive instructions with your order that has a phone number in it. This is our installation hotline and if you are having any trouble you can call that number. If we are not in the shop to answer your call please email us with your phone number and we will call you back. We have only used the phone a few times as we have been told out instructions are quite easy to follow.

Send us your room photo and we can do a mock up so you can see it, work the colors out before you buy. Having a Baby? Send us a photo of your nursery along with the colors you are looking for and we can create our design in your colors and on your wall. There is no better way to see your nursery decor before hand.
