Payment

Payment is via Paypal and expected at completion of checkout. The sale will be canceled if not paid in full within 3 days. After your payment has cleared, please allow up to 3 business days for your item to ship. If you need your item to be shipped out quickly, please contact me before you purchase the item so I can tell you what the adjusted shipping rates will be. ** Remember, expedited shipping will be an extra charge, so please contact me ahead of time!**

Shipping

I will always send your items to the address you have registered with PayPal. I will combine shipping to save you money whenever it is possible. You pay actual shipping plus insurance costs. I do not inflate these costs. The estimates I have provided are just that - estimates. Please email me your zip code and I will be happy to quote an exact shipping cost. International: INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: Import duties, taxes, & charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. Also, items will not be marked as a "gift" and will be marked with the actual purchase price -- U.S. and international government regulations prohibit otherwise. I ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) first class. All orders are shipped with insurance, a delivery confirmation and a signature required.

Refund & Exchanges

Jewelry Creations by Cathy wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. You must contact us within 2 days of the received date to request a Refund. Item must be returned in its original condition and pacakging. Pictures must be provided if the item is defective or broken in transit. Buyer pays return shipping and insurance. A refund will be issued back to the PayPal account if the item is received in its original condition. If the item smells of cigarette/cigar smoke or of animal odors a 25% cleaning fee will be deducted from the refund. Shipping & insurance fees are not refunded. We ship all items insured. Should any damage occur during transport by the United States Postal Service, we will file a claim for you and issue a refund. Pictures of the damage are required. I CANNOT be responsible for packages lost by the United States Postal Service. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for lost items. Due to the unique nature of some of my jewelry items, they may not be able to be replaced.

Additional Policies and FAQs

*** ARE YOUR PRICES NEGOTIABLE? No, they aren't - I do not barter. I have gone to great lengths to create a fair market value for my products based on the materials used, labor, overhead and a profit margin. To start bartering would imply that my work is not worth what I've put into it. *** PRICES: On custom orders it is required that the buyer pay a NON-refundable 50% of the purchase price up front. A final Invoice is submitted via Paypal upon completion of all custom orders, including applicable shipping charges, at which time payment in full is due from the customer. The deposit is forfeited if completed custom orders are not paid via PayPal within 5 days. Please communicate regularly. No Returns are accepted on Custom Orders, as they are specifically requested by the buyer and materials have been purchased to fulfill the Custom Order. I try to have the photos of my products represent the colors in my jewelry as best as possible. Due to changes in monitor settings and differences in computers, the color of an item pictured may be slightly different in person. This is an unpreventable occurrence. Please also note that my jewelry is not intended for small children. Whenever it is possible I use recycled mailing materials. I encourage you to do the same.
