Welcome to Cabin Hollow. Payment Pay Pal , check or money order I ship USPS , using parcel post or priority. Most orders that are received by noon Monday will be shipped by Friday of that week. Orders received after 12:00 noon Monday will not be shipped until Friday the following week. Due to the fact that I am on slow dial-up, no emails acknowledge your order will be sent. It takes app.5 min. for me to open and then to send a reply to a email. But, if you have a ? about your order, I will reply to that email. In stock items paid for by Pay Pal will be ship in three working days. If the item is out of stock, it will be 7-10 days before the item will be ready to ship out. Items paid for by check or money order will be ship in 10 working days after payment is received. Custom paint colors may take 3-5 days longer. Non custom items can be returned within two weeks. I will refund the cost of the item,but not the shipping charges. Custom items will only be replace if a mistake was made on my end. I can take just about any silhouette type picture and cut it out. Put names etc. on the silhouette and make any size from 6" to 10' or more. If you need one or 100's of silhouette cut this is the shop for you.
