I started Bethies Cards back in Feb. 2012. I always loved making cards for my folks and relatives and friends. Making greeting cards is not only a fun job for me, it is a satisfying job as well. When customers give me wonderful comments about my work, it pushes me forward to do an even better job. My commitment to my customers is of utmost importance. I want you to be completely satisfied with your card(s). I take great pride in what I do and make sure you get the complete package. I started making the animal shaped cards back in 2012. From there, I added the smaller version of the card, making them into stickers to use on the envelopes. Many times, I also make the envelope from scratch and line them as well. Payment

I accept payment by credit card or paypal. If you would prefer to pay for your order with a personal check or money order, that is fine too. If you choose to pay with a personal check or money order, the item(s) will be shipped as soon as the check clears. I pride myself on shipping the next business day. I have on occasion been able to ship on the same day if the order is placed before my local mail carrier picks up the mail! The exception to the rule would be for special order cards. That, we will discuss via email for just how long it will take me to create the cards and when you can expect them to be shipped and the approximate cost for shipping. From my past experience, my largest order was for 150 cards. It took a week and I notified the customer as to how much the shipping would be, set up the listing for the customer to buy, then I got it shipped out.

Shipping

I want to make sure your cards make it to you in the best condition possible, so I ship my cards in a bubble envelope, which means it goes USPS 1st class package rate. I ship the same way to my overseas customers. The general rule of thumb is 2-5 days for delivery within the US. I have had orders to Singapore get there within one week and others within two weeks. Most of my International orders take between one to three weeks to arrive. I make it a point to send an email to my customer as soon as I get their order. I also get the order together and into the mail the next business day. The cards are mailed from Alabama.

Refund & Exchanges

I take great pride in my work and want to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition. If for any reason your purchase is damaged due to mishandling from the postal service, please let me know so I can get another card out to you as soon as possible.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I always look forward to custom orders and would love to do wholesale. For custom orders, please email me and let me know what you would like me to do for you. Many of my animal cards can be done in different colors, can come with or without bows, can be made into invitations for birthday parties, and so much more. Wedding cards can also be personalized with the bride and groom's names and their wedding date. Birthday, Mother's and Father's Day, Christmas...all cards can be personalized or I can add whatever you would like to the inside of the card, providing it will fit into the cards space. All of the printing that I do on my cards is done with my printer. Sometimes, I do hand write things, but not very often. There are some examples of printed cards in my shop for you to see.
