Payment

I currently only accept PayPal. You are responsible for paying the entire amount due on your purchase, including any applicable taxes, shipping and other charges assessed by the merchant. Deposits are non-refundable after personalization or custom work has been done. For items that are personalized, I ask that payment be made prior to personalization.

Shipping

SHIPPING: • All Shipping Rates are based on single purchase items, and shipping will be determined by delivery address and zip code. • Please contact me for a quote on combined shipping charges. • For items like glass, ceramic mugs or glasses, I pack these items in bubble wrap and Styrofoam for extra protection. • Your package is automatically protect from loss only up to $100 of your item's value. If your item is worth more than $100 you may want to purchase additional insurance on your behalf. • I accept no responsibility or liability for loss or damage. • If additional insurance is not purchased for packages over a $100.00 value, I accept no responsibility or liability for loss or damage. • Shipments containing glass or ceramic items are subject to coverage for loss but not for damage. • If items are damaged during shipping, please contact me and I will send a replacement if possible. • Shipping and packaging costs includes the cost of the boxes or envelopes, bubble wrap, Styrofoam and listing charges. • If I am able to get a lower rate due to your location, I do, and have refunded the difference in shipping and packaging costs. • If you wish to upgrade to a different service, please email me and I will inform you of what the additional cost is. FOR US CUSTOMERS: • Shipping & packaging costs shown are calculated from the West Coast of the U.S. to the East Coast of the U.S. • I ship my products USPS, FedEx, Canada Post - Small Packet - USA Air for smaller items and Expedited Parcel - USA for the larger items. Sending via Small Packet - USA Air does not have tracking. • You need to be aware that your own country's customs service may impose a range of import fees, taxes, tariffs, duties at the time of delivery. • Any and all customs or duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These are not in my control and I have no way of knowing when or if they will be imposed or how much they might be. FOR CUSTOMERS IN CANADA: • Shipping & packaging costs shown are calculated from the West Coast of Canada to the East Coast of Canada • Provinces that are closer to the West Coast will be charged less for shipping & packaging costs. • Please note the shipping rate for your province are approximate rates only. Please contact me and I will inform you of the shipping rate for your Province. • I ship my products Canada Post Regular Mail or Canada Post Regular Parcel. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: • International shipping rates are available by quote only. Please email me your location and I can get a shipping quote for you.

Refund & Exchanges

Personalized or customized orders are not refundable. When you return the item, there should be at least one inch of cushing material between the item and the walls of the box. Upon receipt of the defective item, and subject to availability, defective items will be replaced within 30 days from the received date. We will send out a replacement to you at no charge using either Canada Post Regular Mail or UPS Standard. If item(s) are no longer available we will refund your money. Shipping charges are not refundable. Custom or Personalized items cannot be refunded, for items that are not damaged after the item is personalized or custom made.

Additional Policies and FAQs

My products are engraved by hand using a sandblasting method. I custom engrave on Miron Glass Bottles, Ceramic, Glass, Wood, Stone, Marble, Jewelry and Custom Order items. I can engrave dates, names, inspirational words or phrases.
