Welcome to my shop! I specialize in unique crocheted items, most of which are my own original designs. I have been happily hooking for over 35 years, and offer the highest quality items for gifts, décor, wearables and more. I also produce other types of crafts, including fabric items, so stop by frequently. You never know what you’ll find!

Payment
I accept Paypal only. Payment is expected at the time of purchase and must be made in full and the payment confirmed before the item is shipped.

Custom Orders: Love the piece but don’t see the color you want? I accept custom orders through messages here or at 2Heartsand2Wheels@gmail.com . I will invoice you for 50% of the expected total and payment must be received and confirmed before any work begins. When the piece is ready, I will send a photo of the finished order and an invoice for the amount due, including shipping costs. Upon receipt and confirmation of payment, I will ship the order.

Shipping
Shipping is via CanadaPost using regular mail most times to keep costs down. Most items shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and expected delivery date.

If there are extenuating circumstances (i.e. weather, postal strike, etc.) resulting in a longer-than-expected delay, I will keep you informed of the situation and do my very best to get your item on the way to you as soon as possible.

Shipping charges on my listings include postage and packaging expenses. If insurance is requested, buyer must contact me before shipping and is responsible for extra charges. I am not responsible for lost or damaged packaging once the item leaves my hands.

I ship all items to the address provided by PayPal, but can accommodate you if a different address is requested.

If you need an item faster than regular rates, contact me and I can assist you. Buyer is responsible for all costs over and above regular shipping rates, and must be paid in full before item ships.

I often use recycled boxes, envelopes and padding to keep shipping costs down. This in no way reflects the quality of your items, just trying to do my bit to save the planet.

Generally, I’m not offering international shipping at this time. However, I will work one-on-one with individual international customers to research the best way to ship to their country, if so desired. Buyer is responsible for any tariffs or fees resulting from international shipping.

If there is ever a problem, please feel free to contact me and I will do everything I can to make the situation right.

Refund & Exchanges
Buying off the Internet can be scary, I get it. So if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, I do accept returns on all of my regular products. I regret that I cannot accept returns of custom orders or patterns.
Items must be returned within 10 business days of purchase, in their original packaging and in resalable condition, with a tracking number provided. Your refund will not be issued until I have received and inspected the items. Refund will be the original cost of the item only. All shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are issued through PayPal.
To help avoid the chance of having to return something, please read the product listing carefully to understand what you are purchasing. If you still have questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me before purchase. I’m always happy to help.

All of my products, regardless of materials used, are fabricated and stored in a smoke-free, pet-free environment. All crochet items are cleaned, blocked and pressed before shipping.
