11 Bold street items are unique and one-of-a-kind, primarily of polymer clay and compatible materials. You may see echoes of the same patterns or techniques in multiple pieces, particularly if I really loved that specific matrix. Please zoom in for close-ups! And the pieces tend to be, well…BOLD…in either color, pattern and/or size. ********************************************************************** Polymer is like modeling clay in it's raw form, and flexible to very hard after baking. It can be sanded, drilled, carved and polished. Sheen, when appropriate for the piece, is achieved through at least five grades of hand sanding, followed by mechanical buffing. Except in very rare cases (which are noted) there is no applied finish to wear off. Buffing a piece briskly (but gently) with a piece of denim will bring up the sheen, if needed. Polymer clay components are waterproof, but other components may not be. ********************************************************************** Metal elements may be a mix of precious and base, using what best suits the design. Findings may also be handcrafted to better complement each piece. Actual materials and techniques will always be noted. I make every effort to use coated copper, or finish handcrafted copper elements with wax or polyurethane. Payment

Currently, PayPal is my method of payment. Payment is due immediately. Orders will be canceled after 24 hours without either payment or communication. ********************************************************************** Orders shipped within Ohio will have 6.75% sales tax added by PayPal to the total price, including shipping. For purchases in counties with tax rates less than this amount, a refund will be issued for the difference through PayPal.

Shipping

I will ship within 72 hours of cleared payment and usually the same day. ********************************************************************** FREE SHIPPING on orders of $60 or more to US and Canada Reduced Shipping everywhere else on orders of $60 or more. On combined orders, either wait for new invoice OR shipping will be refunded by PayPal. ********************************************************************** Shipping to US and Canada is by USPS First Class Mail. Insurance is automatically included on orders over $40. Shipping everywhere else is for First Class equivalent. If actual is less, I will refund the difference. ********************************************************************** NOTICE to INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Packages to other than US addresses will be marked as "Merchandise" with the actual paid value stated (for insurance purposes). Additional fees may be charged to you upon receipt of the package. If in doubt, please contact your appropriate government agency in regards to these fees BEFORE placing an order. 11BOLDstreet is not responsible for any additional customs fees charged by the purchaser's country. ********************************************************************** Packing material and outer container are recycled when practical. Outer container may seem larger than necessary, but needs to have adequate room for cushioning your piece.

Refund & Exchanges

Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt of item(s). Item must be returned in original condition, and buyer pays return shipping. Please let me know if you are considering the return of an item. I will gladly work with you on any concerns that you have with any of my items, including repairs or any sizing issues. I want you to love owning (or giving!) my pieces as much as I did during their conception and creation. Please feel free to contact me!

Additional Policies and FAQs

Bracelet cuffs (with open sides) are intentionally snug. Because of the bold nature my designs, I've found from personal experience that a loose fit can rotate and slip off if the opening is too wide. Dimensions are given for the piece and most can be sized (by me) to some extent. Please let me know if you have an exceptionally small wrist, or conversely, prefer a larger cuff opening.
