A good word for for HAS on Etsy
« on: November 27, 2012, 10:36:48 AM »
I had the opportunity to put in a good word for HandmadeArtists on Etsy a short time ago.  It was a thread about the poor front page and marketing on Etsy.  There are 22 pages so far, and here's one of my posts.

Thank you.  I should have added that HAS has a lot more color too. :) Etsy is so washed out and bland looking.  As I said in my post there, all they have going for them is more traffic.  Other venues do a much better job at catching a buyer's eye.

Very well said!  It kills me every time when I'm on there that the top row always has things listed that aren't in any of my search requirements.  Why would I want to see something that has no relevance to what I'm searching for?  (Or at least narrowed down to)  I've given up many times searching for anything over there, it's so frustrating.
