New Item in Shop Question
« on: July 23, 2012, 03:49:32 PM »
Hi everyone!  I just listed an original pattern in my shop.  This is a first anywhere/anytime/ever for me!  I got through the listing process okay, and apparently, it uploaded the .pdf as part of the process.  What's got me confused is that the next screen asked for shipping charges...  hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm............

If the .pdf uploaded, if someone buys a copy of this pattern does it automatically ship to them from here?  Or do I email the customer the .pdf?

And since I've never written a pattern before, or a description of a pattern for sale, anyone who would like to take a look and throw in your 2¢ is more than welcome and greatly appreciated!  Here's the link: http://handmadeartists.com/product-details/Pattern%20Tutorials%20and%20Kits%20/Knitting/Cowboy%20Boot%20Booties%20PDF%20Knitting%20Pattern/?pid=20120723163020a0b92

Thanks in advance for the answers to my questions!

Add a shipping profile for $0 and you'll be  fine.

The buyer receives a download link and downloads themselves. I would follow up with them as a customer service, but you don't need too.
