I had the flu bug or some variation of so I was out of commission for a couple of days.  Things seem to be on the mend though!  :)

Spent two very long hours in the dentists chair and my entire mouth still hurts...my own fault for waiting so long, but dang  :o  !  Made cookies and plan an laying low tonight.

Ouch!  That's what happened to me last year and I ended up with a crown and all kinds of other things.  :(  Hope you are feeling better today!

Ugh, Kim, sorry!

Last night I went to CT for a friend's mom's funeral and came back to Eric entertaining some friends of ours who'd never seen Fierce Creatures.  So we watched it.  Again.  I can't watch that movie, no matter how many times, without totally cackling.

Today I went to take an SAT (yes, really, and I finished in 2.5 hours) as part of an interview/application to teach SATs & subjects at the Huntington Learning Center.  It was kind of fun, but now I'm really curious about my score.  I'll find out Monday.  To teach there, you have to score at least 650 per section.

I've done a bunch of laundry today too, and then watched a bunch of 1954 Sherlock Holmes episodes on Netflix.  I'm still vegging now, finding my way around the new version of the forum and watching The Kids Are All Right.  Pretty good so far.

Eric worked all day today (and will be tomorrow also), and now went out for a drink with an old friend.  Tomorrow, I'm ushering at the theater & checking out the study guide I bought for the Praxis II, tests necessary to becoming a teacher in NJ.

Awesome, awesome movie.  Don't worry, I breathe.  It's sleep I lose.  It's 1 a.m. right now & I'm watching Ghost Whisperer while reading So Long and Thanks for All the Fish.

Nothing like a little Douglas Adams at 1 AM... lol
I just made a pair of doll glasses (prototype) and they will be in the mail tomorow... Also installing my recoated diamond wheels on my Geine (rock polishing machine), then gonna try them out..

Doll glasses?  What a neat idea!

Gotta get to the theater this afternoon to usher.  I love being a part of community theater, but I really wish I could wear jeans today.  I'm really not in the mood for nice shoes, and sneakers won't work.
