Sandi, love the quilt & the rack!
Lisa, love Harry!
Andrew, love that your father's getting better and am jealous of the Portuguese food!
As for us, we spent Friday night and Saturday morning prepping (except for the bit where I had to go to work Saturday morning to meet with clients) and running around like lunatics, because Saturday afternoon & night was our 4th annual Mardi Gras in June party.
We had a slew of people over for crawfish boil, etouffee, pecan pie, cake, and cake pops. It was a blast.

Everyone had a blast. My friend pulled out her face painting kit and painted the kids. And we supplied balls, bubbles, and sidewalk chalk, the best things ever for a party with kids at a house with no children in residence.
Today we got up late, then went to where my parents were running a moving sale (my mom has a consignment shop of knicknacks and antiques and such, and as a corollary to that she runs estate and moving sales) and gave my dad his Father's Day card. As a gift, my sister and I had sent my parents to a Doo Wop concert in NYC Saturday night. We ended up getting an Oriental rug and an awesome freakin' table at the sale.
Then we popped over by my sister and brother-in-law, who lived near the sale location, and gave my BIL his Father's Day card too. Hung out with them and my nephew for a while, then headed home to eat leftover crawfish for lunch/dinner, clean up the remainder of the party, watch some movies on TV, and go through wedding photos.
Yes, we got married 2 years ago, but we haven't done an album yet. We finally had the 1,000+ photos narrowed down to 185, to be further narrowed to about 120 for the album, the chosen ones all saved on Eric's laptop... and his laptop got stolen a couple weeks ago.
Yeah.
So we started going through again tonight, and got it mostly finished. We'll do the rest tomorrow. Sucks that we had to do it again, but we still had the choices somewhat in our heads, so it's going faster this time.
Court tomorrow. Of course.
