Beautiful animals.

Here's my two. Sally is the brown and Papi is the white. Chihuahua mixes, both were rescued from the animal shelter. We got Sally first, she is a very nervous and shy little dog. Then we decided to get her a friend. Thought maybe that would help her come out of her shell. So we got Papi, and they hit it off right from the start. She is still a little nervous but nothing like before.

Love the pics of puppies!  I really want another one but Andy won't have it.  Says we have enough animals  :D

Awwwwwww, what precious little chihuahua mixes!

Looks like they found some good suckers, I mean... gracious pet parents to take them home.

They are sweet, and they don't yap. In fact we though something was wrong with the female. Because we had her for a couple months before we ever heard her bark.  ;)

Here's a link to a video of our little GG. She is a 4 year old mini daschund that runs like the wind...it's a little long but worth it :)

Aw, nice movie of GG. She looks like a sweetie. You would think her little short legs would get tired. Love the little blue jean jacket on her. She looks precious.

I love dogs! The puppies are so cute together. I'm sure the nervous thing will eventually go away. It just takes time, love and patience. Our Farrah was like that when we got her.

GG is adorable! I love how she stays to the path. Our Farrah would be in the woods finding things to chase. When she goes to the park on the weekends, she will generally find some deer to go after.

Thanks. Sally is better now since we got Papi. Sally would stay with us, but Papi would be like your Farrah, all over. He pulled out of his collar at the park one time. I thought we were never going to catch him. Now he has to wears a collar and a harness. And I hook the leash up to both.   :(

I believe it!  The most dangerous things about the pits in my family have been their big, bony skulls combined with their penchant for bounding into our laps.

Thanks Linda and Larissa...

Yes, Larissa you got it!  And if you are standing and petting him, he makes sure you don't go anywhere by sitting on your feet and leaning into you!  lol
