Site Issues

Is anyone else having issues posting new products where is says it has successfully posted but does not show up in your shop? Thanks in advance!

Most of the time this is due to image size. If you reduce your pics to about  1000 x 1000 pixels you will not have a problem.

Should pictures follow that ratio, or would it be possible to post, let's say, a picture that's 400x900 pixels? Would it be stretched/crushed or left as it is supposed to be?

The exact size doesn't matter, your image should post fine. The main thing we are trying to avoid is very large images. Most cameras nowadays take huge photos that are several megabits each. They take up large amounts of server space and are so big that when you click on them it would take the monitor the size of a wall to see them. So reducing image size is the best way.
