How Do I Manage Sales?

Shortly after setting up my shop this morning I made my first sale. The only way I knew that I made a sale was because I received an e-mail from PayPal. I received no notification from Handmade Artists. I have no record of making a sale on this site. I have no purchaser information, etc. Thankfully, the purchaser is a Twitter follower of mine and I contacted him on Twitter to inform him of the problems I am having.


I have attempted to contact Support via e-mail, I have posted in the forums and asked for help on Handmade Artist's Twitter timeline but have yet to receive an answer. My customer said everything went smooth and easy on his end. On my end it did not. Could someone please help me so I do not keep my customer waiting?

UPDATE: I just spoke with my customer. He checked his Handmade Artists account and it does NOT show him making a sale. So PayPay acted quickly, took his money and paid me; yet, Handmade has no record of our transaction. What does this mean?
