Watched video. Still problem listing. Cannot get past shipping profile.
Fill out form,accepted then listing info. vanishes.
Why is it so tedious!

I'm having problems saving my shipping profile. I keep creating it, it says it saved then when I go to list my items, under Shipping Profile it shows nothing.  Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

I had the same problem when I tried to update my shipping profiles for an increase in postage since I last updated them.  It said it was saved, but instead of updating the prices, it deleted the shipping profile altogether.  I had to redo the ones I tried to update multiple times.

The shipping profiles should be fixed now, the problems came when we moved it to a new server.

I'm having the exact same issues as mentioned above.  Shipping profiles disappearing altogether when I'm trying to post a new product, although the profiles are available when I want to edit them.  Attempted to try to create a new profile, filled out the form, it says saved successfully, but even though I've checked no for the shipping to all other countries box, it still saves it as if I've marked it yes.  And it still won't show up when I try to list a new item.
I've only been here a couple of weeks, but so far, I'm not terribly impressed.

We are aware of the issue and will fix it shortly. This has been a recurring issue since we went to the new servers, our developer has been trying to work on a permanent fix.
