Payment

Payment made by paypal is preferred, as it will allow me to ship immediately. If you wish a different payment, such as check or credit card, email me. I can work with you.

Shipping

I ship Priority Mail. Shipping & Handling: US $7.00 for any size order shipped to the same address. I will adjust any payment to be a maximum of US $7.00. In stock items will ship within 3 days. If there is a delay, I will let you know. If you have any questions, please email me.

Refund & Exchanges

Happiness Guaranteed. Refunds allowed when returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase, less the US $7.00 shipping. Please email me first, maybe we can work it out.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom work will ship within 2 weeks of receiving the wedding invitation or birth announcement. If this is a gift, I will gift wrap free and ship directly to your friend. Just tell me where to ship it, and what kind of a gift it is. I will also include a gift card if you wish. I will send the invoice receipt to you the same day the order is shipped to your friend.
