I'm gonna use instrumental jazz music as my inspiration, and just listen to itover and over to get the feel for the music, then just make something inspired by that feeling

This is the natural color I was talking about. Is this what you call the veg tan? Beautiful...
Its hard to tell from the photo, but veg tan comes in that colour, this is interesting, that means people who look at my photos cant read the texture or tactile quality of the leather I use. I have no idea how to get around that

Thats a great answer and it reinforces what i think OI need to change a bout my work,
the place I work is restructuring and I will find out if i still have a job in 3 weeks... I'm apprehensive but I'm going to keep working as though my job is safe. I have really been procrastinating with my bag hobby but now I have to pull out the stops and do some restructuring of my own, I need a safety net. How crazy is that I always thought of my paid job as my safety net!
