Whenever I change screens within the handmade community the Life Support Window pings and pops open on it's own... ??? ?

Mine too Monika, thought it was just me perhaps doing something and not paying attention to my cursor or something.  It does not happen every single time, but often enough.  Hmmm, wonder.

No clue, why that is happening. Nothing on the code has changed.

I've had that happen too. I thought the same as Pam that I hit something or wasn't paying attention to the cursor.

I put in a support ticket with clickdesk, which is who we use to provide the live chat.
This wasn't an issue a couple of days ago, and I know the site code hasn't changed. So this is just some weird quirky thing.
We'll figure it out.

Thanks Andrew, it does seem to be fixed, no problems today so far.
