Title: New problem with shipping manager

I have been trying to post items for sale but the shipping manager will not let me change or post or choose any options. I can't progress with posting.

I'm having the exact same issues as mentioned above.  Shipping profiles disappearing altogether when I'm trying to post a new product, although the profiles are available when I want to edit them.  Attempted to try to create a new profile, filled out the form, it says saved successfully, but even though I've checked no for the shipping to all other countries box, it still saves it as if I've marked it yes. 
I've only been here a couple of weeks, but so far, I'm not terribly impressed.

This issue has been fixed.
