Hi, I am June,  I joined a group of people that enjoy Jewelry as much as I do.  My travels started after a work injury in 2006.  I needed something to help me deal with my loss of no longer being in the work place after years of working...I love jewelry to the point where my husband and family say I am dangerous! I feel in love with this new phase of my life, Jewelry, Jewelry, Jewelry....My family would purchase and people I did not know would purchase too...Wow how about that!  Going on 4 years now, I have opened a shop on line and still do boutiques, where I have some on the nicest friends from those boutique sales....We all just have this connection...I have found that by being part of a group it helps you to learn new things, and get connected with others that love there craft as well.  Handmade Artist Forum is a great place for that..

I am Pepper Mentz and I have been working with all mediums for over 50 years.  I love to sew, paint, make jewelry, do chainmaille, collage, write novels, polymer clay bears are a favorite thing to make.  Recently I have fallen in love with rag dolls and learning to make them.  Want to find my own style for them.  So much to create and so little time.  My website is www.peppermentzeyecandy.com  but I do not sell my work.  Much of my art has been published in magazines, books or e-Books.  So, I keep my work and wear it for certain events.  I have my bachelors degree in Fine Arts.  Thank you for this forum . Look forward to getting to know you all.  I am from Georgia but now living in New Mexico.  Will be moving to Texas in a year or two...Fort Worth area.   Hello!   Pepper

Hi my name is Susanne i am a lampwork artist from stockholm. I teach in my studio south of stockholm and make glass jewelry for my website in my spare time which is starting to take up a lot more of my time!

Hi!

I found this site via an Etsy forum discussion.  I was a member of Lollishops a few years ago until they closed and like the idea of a small, friendly, clean start-up site.  The price of $5 is a great price which helped with the decidion.  I liked the attitude of the people who participated on the Etsy forum from HAS, so I thought I'd give it a try here.  I am trying a slightly new avenue of making things out of felt (though not felted), and, though I still have my Etsy shop, thought I'd try just selling my felt creations here.  Hope to get to know more of you and eager to see how things go.
