Hi All... I'm Charla (aka Battle Axe), of BattleAxeArtAndJewelry.  I've been painting for five or six years, and making jewelry for one.   My jewelry has been well received when seen in person, so I thought I'd give online sales a shot.  I was just laid off from my career/day job, making now a good time to jump in.   I haven't set up my online stores quite yet, but will soon.  I'm trying to make sure that I get all my bases covered before getting too far along.

"Battle Axe" is the pet name that my husband has been using for me since we started dating in 1987.  I decided to go with it years ago.  Its on my license plates (car and motorcycle).. and you'll find it on my Facebook page "Battle Axe Art".

I'm very happy to have found this group!

Hello everyone!

My name is Kazumi and live in Japan. I just joined this group.
I love arts and crafts!
I make bags and purses...also chalk signs, welcome boards and menu boards...etc!
I quit my day job last November. I love creative work and want to do well and succeed!
My dream is to make chalk signs for cafes, restaurants, or small shops around the world.

Wow, Kazumi, I love your work!  It's all so cute, but I really love the drawings.  Congrats on being brave enough to quit the day job!
