So I've finally started exercising again, and found some great motivation. Two motives, in fact.
The first was the bees. If I want to do this full time, or even if we want to expand the apiary to 20-something hives next spring, I'm going to need to be able to do inspections on my own, which means being able to handle 90-lb deeps by myself. Only problem is I've never had any upper body strength.
So yesterday, I just finished a 30-day upper body/arm challenge a friend found online. We did it together.
The other motive is that as of 3 days ago when we finally bought a decent digital scale (my old analog one was crap), I'm 4 lbs *heavier* than "the heaviest I've ever been. NOT COOL. So today, I'm starting this crazy 90-day challenge another friend suggested:

Of course, TODAY my back decided it was a stellar day to kick up this cramp I get occasionally, smack in the middle of my spine. Don't care, I'm starting the workout anyway. So there, back. So there.
