Finding the motivation to exercise

I made it to yoga at the Y this morning. Walked in the rain to do it. So bonus points for me. I will try to go the aqua aerobics tomorrow.

Nothing for me in a few days.  I have to get out of the house, which is difficult to do since I homeschool Jaeden, and Leia has the car working two jobs, but where there is a will there is a way.  jaeden and I were going to go for a walk today and it started raining, so guess we will try for tomorrow.

Mind if I jump in since my work schedule is all over the place and I haven't made it to the gym in weeks!     My only exercise today was walking back from dropping off the car so I really need to get off my butt and move soon.

I have lost 4 lbs    I made it to the Y again today for aqua aerobics. I love it, turned out to a much better work out than I thought it would be.


Summer is coming ladies need to get ready for short weather ( notice I did not say swimsuit  )

Still going strong to the GYm 3 times a week, but I do need to do more if I want to drop some.....I think I lost some of that yellow stuff but gained muscle weight which is heavier...so strugglin along....doing a lot of cardio....

Glad you all are hanging in there.....Hi Kimberlly....get on wiht it....in the rain is no fun tough...

I have done good so far this week. Walked to and from the Y about a mile everyday. Yoga twice a week and water aerobics three time a week.

Back on track!  27 minutes this morning on the Wii doing aerobics, strength, and yoga... and found out I'm 6.8 lbs down!  About another 20 lbs and I'll be at ideal weight!

Graduation today from a 36 class hours at the GYM, monitored....I now can go out on my own and exercise.....YAY.....

Finally made it back to the gym this morning so 30 minutes (2 miles) on the treadmill and half hour of weights.  I'm in dire need of a shower but feel much better!
