 In a previous post you stated "Once a customer buys they are sent an email with the download link, you do not have to do anything. "


What e-mail address does it go to. The one on the paypal account?


I want to make sure the customer understand how they will get the file.


And thank you for offer this feature. On Etsy you have to e-mail it yourself.

It is always good practice to follow up the customer however after a digital sale. Just to assure receipt.

It is a good way to go. The sales don't bring much, but once you have the pattern done you can sell it over and over. So it really is just an initial time investmen4.
