[SOLVED] can't set up?

First there was the initial set-up page... I didn't have my logo to the exact pixels so when I hit "save changes" it flagged the logo problem and wiped out everything else. I started over with new logo and got past that step.
Then the shop policies. I spent a lot of time phrasing everything "just so". When I hit the save change button, the log in screen appeared and everything was vaporized again.
Is it me?

Hello there,

I'm Josey and am the Head of Development here. It is possible the issue you had was caused by taking a while.  We know that there is an issue right now with login timeouts and it is one of our biggest priorities to get fixed.  I would recommend saving everything to notepad as you go just in case it happens again.

I do apologize for the inconvenience .. and believe me this is one issue I am seriously trying to get fixed for everyone.   So I apologize again.

Thanks for the explanation and welcome. Have started setting up shop slowly this week. After I posted the problem my own computers failed and needed repair. Computers! Can't live with or without them. :)

Just save it as a jpeg from coral draw at the proper dimensions. When you are converting to a gif something is happening. You can upload a jpeg as well.
