I would never have thought about taking pictures of them on black - but I was redoing some of the pendants with black - because the white background was not working - it was always gray or blue - but I love the way the ornaments look against the black.

Thank You John!
Thanks Marilyn

Lisa - Thank You!!!!!!!
Hi Fidela - thank you
Larissa - I'll take that!  and run with it! lo  Thanks
Andrew - I know you did, thank you!
OUt of everything I do,  I really get the most joy out of doing the ornaments - but they seem hard to sell - they aren't $5.00 ornaments.  or even $10.00  I guess I see them more as art in the round, not just ornaments for the Christmas tree.  Haven't done any in a while. eye stuff.  But my glass paints are going to Colorado w/me!

Of course they're art, don't be silly.  And once our finances are straight, I could totally see buying one.  And then hanging it on the HIGHEST BRANCH of the tree so the cats don't decide it's a toy.

I guess some people don't see them that way! But I am very glad you do Larissa - I may have to take them out of my shop(s) for a bit until I can get them safely up to Col - going to try to get them up there this weekend - but I have a lot of other stuff that also needs to go!  I still have more to list!

They are definitely art and they look beautiful against the black.  They make me wish I had a tree.  When I was little, I helped decorate a neighbor's tree.  Each year, I would forward to seeing the antique ornaments when she took them out of the boxes.  They are something lovely that can pass down through families.  So you are creating not only art, but family heirlooms.
