Is the finish on it ceramic?  It reminds me of old Parian pieces.

and no, surprise, surprise it is not pink.....LOL...and the rest of them is blue and white, so cute. I posted them yesterday on the General chat for yu to see but everybody was so busy with making Pasta !!!!!!!
