Thank you, Sandy.  They look fairly simple, and they were once the idea formed, but that part of the process is what took some time.

Sometimes when I find really awesome antique or vintage components, I leave them sit for a really long time until I'm feeling particularly creative out of fear that what I make won't do them justice.

Thank you so much,  Andrew.

I want to make a couple of tiny rivets to finish these off.  The hands are already very secure on these hoops, but it can't hurt to be extra sure since they are about 100 years old.

ETA: Rather than mar the front with rivets, I had my husband do a little soldering on the back where it can't be seen.

No!  Damnit, I wanted these & had them on my wishlist for my birthday.  Well, congrats on the sale, even though I'm insanely jealous.

I'm soooo sorry, Larissa.  If you had told me that you really, really did want them I would have pulled them out and saved them for you.

I only had two sets of the clock hands, and have just one more set left.  While I don't recreate exact designs, I'm sure I can come up with something else you might like.  I can try anyway.

Do you have a favorite color I can focus on?

Amusingly, considering the ones you sold, blue is my favorite color.  But don't do anything for me.  I can't guarantee that Eric would get them for me.  And honestly, our finances what they are right now, I don't know that I can get a birthday present at all.  No worries, just go about your business & be happy you made the sales.  I am, really!
