Beautiful!  Did you do the embroidery too?  One day I want to have a shelf of nothing but your books for no other reason that to just look at them.  :-*

I did, thanks. I like to do needlework if ever I watch TV. I am not a complete vegging sort of person...to DO is to relax for me - drives my husband nuts - he has NO problem sitting there with eyes glazed over in front of the TV doing nothing.

Too funny!  That is me and also how Andrew got into crafting with me!  He got tired of watching me working on projects all the time and had to join in out of self preservation

Lovely Andrea! My hubby can sit and sit in front of the TV, I get antsy or fall asleep:)
So I roam, or get a project to do too.

I like the stitching around the edge to bind it, it reminds me of a Girl Scout project I really enjoyed!

Beautiful work! I used to hand embroider a lot. Still have all my stuff. I'm sure the DMC floss I have is vinatge as it's well over 20 years old. It may even be discontinued by now. It's become "one of these days I'll use it again." things.  ::)

That is really nice! I really like the design

If my Tv is on, I'm working on something!

Andrea, is the cover material or paper?
